Whitetop Nation Launches Official Merchandise Licensing Program
The Department of Treasury is pleased to announce the launch of the Whitetop Nation Merchandise Licensing Program, a new initiative designed to protect the Nation’s name, trademarks, seals, logos, artwork, and other intellectual property while creating economic opportunities for both the Whitetop Nation and citizen-owned businesses.
The Merchandise Licensing Program establishes a formal process through which qualified businesses may apply to become Authorized Licensees of the Whitetop Nation. Approved Licensees will have the opportunity to develop, manufacture, and market officially licensed merchandise that celebrates and promotes the Nation’s identity, heritage, and culture.
Beyond protecting the Nation’s intellectual property, the program is intended to foster entrepreneurship among Whitetop Nation citizens by providing a pathway for citizen-owned businesses to participate in the production and sale of official Whitetop Nation merchandise. Through the licensing program, participating businesses can expand their product offerings while contributing to the Nation’s long-term economic development.
A portion of the proceeds generated through the licensing program will be returned to the Whitetop Nation in the form of licensing royalties. These revenues will help support the Nation’s governmental operations, programs, services, and future initiatives, creating a sustainable source of economic benefit while ensuring the responsible use of the Nation’s intellectual property.
The Department of Treasury encourages Whitetop Nation citizen-owned businesses interested in designing, manufacturing, or selling official Whitetop Nation merchandise to learn more about the program. Businesses interested in participating are encouraged to contact the Department of Treasury to request additional information and an application package.
