In accordance with the original By-Laws adopted on 8 January 2015, amended By-Laws adopted on 2 March 2016 (in a vote of 95.5% in favor), the government digital resolution dated APR 2017, and recently adopted By-Laws of 30 January 2022 (in a vote of 90% in favor);  
Citizens, the Constitutional Convention is completed, and open voting began on April 14, 2023, and culminated on  May 18, 2023. This constitution held the final vote and was passed.
